The Basque Government about to start the procedure for awarding the 104 homes in the subsidised housing project that will be located on Zorrotzaurre plot SI-2

The Official Basque Country Gazette (BOPV) in its edition of 6 February publishesthe Order from the Regional Government Head of the Department of the Environment, Territorial Planning and Housinglaunching the procedure to award 104 subsidised homes which will be located on Zorrotzaurre plot SI-2, close to the future bridge that will join the island toSan Ignacio.This subsidised housing development is being undertaken by Visesa.

The regulations stipulate that to be able to take part in the award procedure applicants shall have a declared income in 2017 of between €12,000 and €50,000. In the case of disabled persons, persons with reduced mobility or the mentally disabled, thestipulated minimum incomeis €3,000. Women victims of gender violence will not be required to accredit any minimum income. The persons meeting these requirements and interested in applying should submit the corresponding form from 28 February to 13 March (inclusive) by one of the following methods:

At this time, the Vive orrotzaurre (Jaureguizar) Co-operative is in the final phase of construction of subsidised and unsubsidised homes on plots SI-3 and SI-4, located adjacent to the aforementioned plot SI-2.
