ZORROTZAURRE
The Contracting board of the Execution Unit 1 of the Integrated Action Plan 1 of Zorrotzaurre, set up on October 15th 2013, is responsible for the said execution unit.
Its main activities are the drawing up and processing of the land reorganisation project and the urbanisation project and any other projects necessary to achieve the urbanisation objectives of the area. The Contracting Board will also carry out the urbanisation works of Execution Unit 1.
Execution Unit 1 covers an area of 389,654m2 and is divided into 208 plots which belong to 59 different owners.
When set up, the Board comprised the following 5 public and private owners:
– Visesa
– The Basque Government through, the Department of Employment and Social Affairs.
– Bilbao City Council
– Sociedad Promotora Inmobiliaria Margen Derecha S.A.
– Vicinay Cadenas S.A.
To date, 4 more owners have joined the Board: The General Administration of the State, FCC and 2 private owners.
These 9 public and private owners hold 78.6% of the entire 389,654m2 in Execution Unit 1.
