Call for tenders for the Zorrotzaurre green zones Urbanisation Project

The Bizkaia Official Gazette publishes today the call for tenders by the Management Commission for technical assistance for the design of the draft project for the urbanisation of the open spaces in the Mixed Area of Zorrotzaurre, and the Urbanisation project of the open spaces of the Execution Unit 1 of the Integrated Action 1 of the Mixed Area of Zorrotzaurre.

These two documents will detail the appearance of the Zorrotzaurre open spaces (or green zones) which will add up to a total surface area of 157,000 m2.

They will define the general aesthetic concepts of the free spaces in the future Zorrotzaurre, particularly the Deusto Canal river-side walks and the future central park. They will also specify the tprincipal elements of the free open spaces: paving, urban furniture, types of trees and other vegetation, etc.

The budget is 234,820 euros (VAT included).

Tenders should delivered to the offices of the Zorrotzaurre Management Commission before 12.00 midday on August 10th.

In this same month of July, the Management Commission will issue a new call for tenders for the drawing up of the General Urbanisation Plan for Zorrotzaurre.
