The company Jaureguizar has founded ‘Vivezorrozaurre S. Coop.’ the owners’ cooperative, which will build the first development of new homes on Zorrotzaurre.

This first development will occupy two plots in San Ignacio and one in Deusto, with112 social housing units, 117 controlled price units and 131 privately developed units to be built.

Building is expected to start in the 3rd quarter of 2016 and to last 30 months.
