Visesa awards the construction project of Zorrotzaurre plot SI-2 to Aguilar y Varona Arquitectos Asociados

The Official Provincial Gazette of Bizkaia has published the award of the tender called by Visesa for technical support, project drafting and works management of the SI-2 fixed-price housing plot, located next to the future bridge that will link San Ignacio and Zorrotzaurre

The tender for the contract totalling €490,050 (inc. VAT) has been awarded to Aguilar y Varona Arquitectos Asociados, S.L. P.

The Vive Zorrotzaurre (Jaureguizar) co-operative is currently building subsidised and unsubsidised housing on the SI-3 and SI-4 plots, adjacent to SI-2.
