March has seen the 40,000th visit to the web since it was redesigned in 2008 and a visitor counter was installed.  The majority of the visitors are from Spain (94%) and the rest come from 87 countries around the world.  The greatest number of international visitsare from France, UK, Germany, USA and Mexico, although there have also been visitors from countries such as Bahrain, Yemen, Nepal, Vietnam or Georgia.

Surbisa (a City Hall-owned company dedicated to promoting urban renovation of residential buildings within Bilbao) has published an analysis of the renovation works carried out on housing in Zorrotzaurre. Of the original 47 residential buildings in Zorrotzaurre, 42 were considered apt for renovation. Currently, 17 buildings have terminated the renovation works, 8 have scaffolding in position and 10 more are at the project design or administrative approval stages.
