Awarded the urbanisation works of Phase A of Zorrotzaurre to the temporary joint venture formed by Viuda de Sainz, Lurgoien and Jaureguizar

The Tender Assessment Board of Execution Unit 1 of Zorrotzaurre has awarded the temporary joint venture formed by Viuda de Sainz S.A., Lurgoien S.A. and Jaureguizar Promoción y Gestión Inmobiliaria S.L. the contract for undertaking the urbanisation works of Phase A of the Zorrotzaurre project.

The area to be urbanised lies on the right bank of Deusto canal and runs from Elorrieta to Ballets Olaeta street, urbanisation of the latter being currently ongoing.

The bid from the winning temporary joint venture came to €13,930,226.63 (incl.VAT), while the initial bidding budget stood at €15,754,452.89 (incl. VAT).

Nine bids were presented, of which seven came from temporary joint ventures. Overall 19 companies were involved in the bids submitted.

Likewise, the Zorrotzaurre Tender Assessment Board has awarded works management of the aforementioned urbanisation project to the temporary joint venture comprising Saitec S.A. and González Cavia y Cabrera Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Paisaje S.L.

The bid submitted by the winning joint venture came to €260,876 (incl. VAT), while the initial bidding budget stood at €290,400 (incl. VAT).

There were nine bids submitted to this call for tenders, of which only one came from a temporary joint venture.
