The Zorrotzaurre Contracting Board has called for tenders for technical assistance for the drawing up of the Project to strengthen the quaysides on the Nervión estuary within the area of the Zorrotzaurre Execution Unit 1. Zandesa, the company, which won the contract offered by the Contracting Board, has begun the partial demolition of the former Agemasa building. The works include the construction of a new provisional façade for the part of the building opened up by the demolition. The building with a surface area of 3,600m2 is in San Ignacio, close to the Idom building and next to the future bridge, which will join the area to Zorrotzaurre.
