The Zorrotzaurre Contracting Board has called for tenders for technical assistance for the drawing up of the Project to strengthen the quaysides on the Nervión estuary within the area of the Zorrotzaurre Execution Unit 1. The drawing up of the strengthening Project will have as a reference the conclusions of the study carried out by the Bilbao City Council where the capacity of the quaysides to support a maximum admissible load of 2 tons/m2 was analysed. The partial demolition of the Agemasa building begins
Zandesa, the company, which won the contract offered by the Contracting Board, has begun the partial demolition of the former Agemasa building. The works include the construction of a new provisional façade for the part of the building opened up by the demolition. The building with a surface area of 3,600m2 is in San Ignacio, close to the Idom building and next to the future bridge, which will join the area to Zorrotzaurre. The Official Bizkaia Gazette will publish today initial approval the Urbanization Project of the Execution Unit 1 of the Integrated Action 1 of Zorrotzaurre.
