Bilbao City Council has awarded the project management and the environmental and health and safety coordination for the works to open up the Deusto canal and the construction of the bridge that will join Deusto to Zorrotzaurre to the consortium formed by Técnicas y Proyectos S.A. (TYPSA) and Dinam Ingeniería S.L.. The construction itself was awarded to the consortium formed by Exbasa, Viuda de Sainz, Balzoa and Urssa. Urbanisation Agreement between the City Council, the Management Commission and a community of owners.
Initial approval of the Urbanisation Agreement between the City Council, the Management Commission and the community of owners of Avenida Madariaga 81-83 regarding the reorganisation and development potential of the AD-1 plot was published today in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia. Basically, the Agreement modifies the prior use of 100% of the plot to dwellings to allow almost half of the plot to be used for non-residential uses of interest to the area. The maximum building height on the land opposite the residential buildings of Avenida Madariaga 77-79 and 81-83 is also stipulated. The Agreement is available for public inspection…

The Official Gazette of Bizkaia published today the initial approval of the Land Reorganisation Project of the Execution Unit 1 of the Integrated Action Plan 1 of Zorrotzaurr indicating the list of proprietors for whom there is no known address or where it has been impossible to personally notify the said approval.
