City Hall assigns a land plot to the Basque Government to build 66 rental apartments for young people on Zorrotzaurre
The Regional Government Head of Housing, Iñaki Arriola, and the Mayor of Bilbao, Juan Mari Aburto, yesterday signed an agreement whereby City Hall assigned a 5,800 sq. m. plot (AD-1), lying on the right bank of Deusto Canal, for the Departament of the Environment, Territorial Planning and Housing to proceed with construction of a building containing 66 rental apartments for young people, with a 4-year delivery period.

Juan Carlos Sinde replaces Pablo Otaola as head of the Zorrotzaurre Management Commission
The Assembly of the Zorrotzaurre Management Commission has accepted the resignation tendered by its executive manager, Pablo Otaola, and has appointed Juan Carlos Sinde, hitherto the architect on the Management Committee, as his replacement. This change will become effective on 1 January 2019.
