The Contracting Board for Execution Unit 1 of Zorrotzaurre is constituted

In accordance with the recently approved Agreement for the Management of the Execution Unit 1 of Zorrotzaurre, the  Contracting Board has been constituted.

The Board has been set up by the five main owners of Zorroztaurre: Visesa, the Basque Government, The Bllbao City Hall, the Sociedad Promotora Margen Derecha and Vicinay Cadenas. These owners hold around 80% of the 394,654m2 of the land included in Execution Unit 1.

The first action of the Board will be the notification to the rest of the owners (around 50) of the constitution of the Board and that there is a period of one month for them to join the Board.

In parallel, the Contracting Board will begin the drawing up of the Plot Reordering Project that is scheduled for approval in the first quarter of 2014.
