This technical document will define the urbanisation of the first phase of the future Zorrotzaurre with a total surface area of 165,000m2 of streets and squares.

it will define the different surface elements (not including the green zones) and their position: paving, urban furniture, tree surrounds, trees. It will also define the urban services: water, drains, gas, electricity, telephone lines and telecommunication networks.

This is the second call for tenders issued by the Management Commission in recent dates. Last July 12th, a call for tenders was published for the drawing up of the Urbanisation Project for the Green Zones of Zorrotzaurre, Tenders must be presented by August 10th.
