Deusto will teach Degree in Medicine after Health Department endorses IMQ as University Hospital

Deusto University received yesterday the favourable report from Unibasq regarding the opening of its Degree in Medicine next year. The new degree will offer 80 places, will be bilingual – in English and Spanish, with the option of subjects in Basque – and will give great importance to practical training. The approval of this agency, responsible for authorizing the careers in the Basque Country, has come after the Health Department recognized the IMQ Group as “University Hospital” and checked that the rest of the centres with which the academic institution has signed agreements meet the conditions to receive students in order to let them do their internships.
