The Tender Committee publishes invitations to tender for the implementation of Phase A of the Zorrotzaurre Project and for supervision and management of said works

The Tender Committee has published invitations to tender for implementation of the urbanisation works of Phase A of Implementation Unit 1 of the Zorrotzaurre Integrated Action Project and for supervision and management of the same.

The area to be urbanised lies on the right-hand bank of Deusto Canal, in San Ignacio, and runs from Elorrieta to Ballets Olaeta street.

The baseline tender budget for the works themselves stands at €13,020,209 and for the works supervision and management at €240.000 (ex. VAT in both cases).

The deadline for submitting bids is Wednesday 31 January 2018 at 14.00hrs for the works implementation tender and Thursday 1 February at 14.00hrs. for the works supervision and management.
