The Contracting Board of the Zorrotzaurre Execution Unit 1 approves to put out to tender the urbanization works of the southern end of the island

The Contracting Board of the Zorrotzaurre has approved, in the last meeting celebrated, to put out to tender some urbanization works of the southern area of the island, as well as the project management works related to them.

The works and services in the tender correspond to the first phase of the urbanization of the southern part of the island. With the execution of these works, the plots where blocks of buildings will be built, both residential and tertiary, the landscaped areas, as well as all the services necessary to meet the future needs of this area of the island will be delimited.

The deadline for the presentation of both proposals ends on July 16, 2021.
