Today is the fifth anniversary of the IMQ Zorrotzaurre Clinic, the largest private hospital in the Basque Country.

The new clinic was the second building under the urban regeneration project in Zorrotzaurre. The first building, the new Idom headquarters, opened in 2011.

The IMQ Zorrotzaurre Clinic designed by the architects Carlos Ferrater and Alfonso Casares, is equipped with the latest technology and offers integral services in all the medical specialities. It has 6 floors and 3 basement floors totalling over 40,000m2 of floor space.

The hospital, with 158 individual rooms and 210 beds employs over 400 professionals.

Total investment for the project (plot, building, installations and equipment) was 85 million euros and building lasted two years.
