Visesa calls for tenders for the construction of 104 subsidised homes on Zorrotzaurre

Visesa has announced an invitation for tenders for construction of 104 subsidised homes located on Zorrotzaurre plot SI-2; the call is for a joint bid also including the construction of the social housing project comprising 91 dwellings on plot 1 of Iturribarri-II, in Getxo.

There is a 30-month construction period for the flats onZorrotzaurre and 24 months for the buildings in Getxo. The joint tender budget stands at €20,664,145.25 (ex. VAT).  The deadline for presenting bids is 25 March 2019 and submission is exclusively online.  Alternatively, the procedure for awarding these 104 dwellings is currently open.

Those persons interested and who meet the conditions stipulated have until 13 March to present their applications. To do so, they must have had annual earnings in 2017 of between €12,000 and €50,000; the disabled, persons with reduced mobility or mental disability will only have to accredit minimum earnings of €3,000; women victims of gender violence are not required to accredit any minimum earnings.

The Vive Zorrotzaurre (Jaureguizar) co-operative is currently in the final phase of construction of VPO subsidised and unsubsidised homeson plots SI-3 and SI-4, located adjacent to the aforementioned SI-2.
