ZAWP has organised a festive day to celebrate the move to its new location in calle Pintor Ignacio Zuloaga

For this Sunday, 16 June, ZAWP has organised, a festive day to celebrate the move from its current location at Ribera de Deusto 17 to its new facilities in calle Pintor Ignacio Zuloaga, close to where the company DigiPen is currently located.

The move has been made necessary due to the imminent demolition of the cultural movement’s current facilities, together with the adjacent pavilions still standing, in order to free up space for the new uses set forth in theZorrotzaurre Special Plan.

The celebrations, which will be taking place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (under the title:  “Desembarque Jaia”), are going to include events such as a second-hand market, a range of courses and workshops, guided tours of the new headquarters, DJ sessions and batucadas, participative performances, a collective meal, music and dance concerts, etc.

In the morning they will be held in the current installations and in the afternoon in the new facilities in calle PintorZuloaga.
